I am a registered psychotherapist and psychologist working in a private practice in Central Paris (N° ADELI 949322945).
Alongside completing a master's degree in psychology, I am an accredited and experienced adult psychoanalytic psychotherapist registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists (TSP). I am also an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABPC).
I have 14 years of clinical experience across age, mental health needs and settings, in a variety of roles in the National Health Service (NHS) in London. Through intensive training at Tavistock and Portman Clinic in London and in my practice I have developed the capacity for analytic listening and creating a non-judgmental and empathetic space. My working curriculum includes leading many individual and group psychotherapy sessions in NHS (prestigious Tavistock and Portman Clinic in London, Improving Access to Psychological Therapies/IAPT). I also held a counsellor and supervisor post at the Polish Psychologists' Association.
Additionally, I completed vocational training abroad in Switzerland (WHO), France (AGAPSY), Luxembourg (Ligue Luxembourgeoise d'Hygiène Mentale), and Belgium. My experience in the multidisciplinary teams in London and Europe, with patients from different cultural backgrounds, as well as a training dedicated to intercultural issues at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic, has equipped me to work in a culturally sensitive manner in multicultural France.
